The Senior Health Initiative promotes an evidence-based prevention program to help older people stay healthy, active, and independence. The goal is to improve the health of older adults living with chronic disease and illnesses by hosting a series of workshops on health-related complications.

CenterPoint “Blessing Bag” Project has provided over 5,000 bags full of personal care items to women in urban communities, homeless shelters, senior living facilities, and through direct outreach to the homeless living outside of shelters.
